Not sure where to start? Submit a 2 Helps You request and briefly tell us what happened, what you’ve tried, and how you’d like us to help.

Below are a few ways to help us better understand and review your request.

Report a scam or suspicious offer

If you’re being pressured to pay fast, share personal info, or click a link, we’ll help you spot red flags, avoid losing money, and report it to the right place.

In your request to 2 Helps You include: who contacted you, how (text/call/email), what they asked for, any screenshots/links, and whether you paid.

Billing problem or unexpected fees

If you see unexpected charges, receive confusing statements, or fees that don’t add up, we can help you understand your options and what to ask for when disputing a bill.

In Your request to 2 Helps You include: the bill or statement, dates, amounts, account type (don’t send your full acct #), and who you’ve contacted so far.

Contractor complaint

If you are having issues with home repairs—especially storm/hurricane work—like upfront deposits, unfinished jobs, change-order surprises, or quality concerns, we’ll share what to document and where to file a complaint.

In Your request to 2 Helps You, include: the contract or estimate, payment proof, photos, timeline, company name, and any written communication.

Travel or airline issue

If you are experiencing flight delays or cancellations, refunds or credits, baggage problems, or unclear policies, we’ll point you to passenger rights basics and the next best steps to resolve it.

Something else

Not sure about your request? Briefly tell us what happened, what you’ve tried so far, and what resolution you’re hoping for, and we’ll route it to the right next step.

Please allow 2 Helps You 24-48 hours to respond to your request.
